When you use a BKIC contact form, you may choose to provide your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, project type, number of units, equipment type, and project notes. The form also includes the page where the request was submitted so BKIC can understand the context of the inquiry.

How BKIC uses contact requests

BKIC uses this information to review the request, understand the equipment or surface concern, and respond using the contact details provided. The website form sends the request to BKIC by email through an email delivery provider.

Equipment preservation library access

Full case-study viewing and PDF downloads require a name and verified email address. You may also choose to provide a phone number, company or shop name, shop location, equipment type or model, equipment condition, and additional notes. BKIC uses this information to provide access, prevent misuse, understand the equipment being considered, and make relevant direct follow-up. Report-access details are not automatically added to a general marketing list.

Access and retention records

Verification links expire after 20 minutes, and access cookies do not contain your name or email address. BKIC periodically removes expired access records and no longer-needed lead details. You may ask BKIC to delete information submitted through the report-access form.

Analytics

Most website pages use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand page use and campaign performance. Those third-party trackers are not loaded on pages containing the report-access form, and information entered into the form is not sent to them.

Photos and attachments

The website contact form does not accept file uploads. If photos or documents are needed, BKIC may ask you to send them by email as part of the project review conversation.
