We agree on the work and price, I come to your equipment, and I handle the preparation and coating.

You'll know what's included and how long the equipment needs to be out of service before we book it.
2. Agree on the job
I confirm the preparation, coating, any extra repairs or decal work, price, and timing. There is no deposit. Payment is due when the job is finished.
3. Prepare and coat
I clean the surfaces, remove contamination, correct oxidation and faded paint, and apply the coating. Hard-to-reach brackets, frames, and components are part of the work.
4. Cure and care
Before I leave, I'll tell you when the machine can return to work and how to wash it. We can also include photos and a job report for your records.
I come to your shop
BKIC is based in Aurora, Illinois. I travel throughout the Midwest for agricultural equipment, with fleet work focused in Northern Illinois.
Wash off loose dirt, mud, and debris before I arrive. I handle the detailed cleaning, polishing, and final preparation.
What I need on site

I bring the tools and application equipment. A barn, shed, or cold-storage building can work in warmer weather.
Timing and care
How long does the work take?
Most equipment jobs take one to three working days. A full sprayer takes close to a week. Heavy oxidation, repairs, and multiple machines can add time. The coating needs curing time after application.
When can I use the equipment again?
Usually about 24 hours after coating. Full cure typically takes five to seven days. The product and shop conditions affect those times, so I'll give you instructions for your machine before I leave.
How long should the coating last?
Three to five years is the typical expectation with proper preparation and regular washing. Chemical exposure, abrasion, storage, and washing affect wear. Qualifying installations carry a three-year performance guarantee. See what it covers.
Do I need wax or an annual booster?
No. The coating takes the place of wax, and no annual booster is required. Normal washing and proper care are the routine maintenance. Sprayers include one inspection and touch-up visit per year during the three-year guarantee.
