John Deere 9RT
Wheel polishing, paint polishing, and ceramic coating project.

Project overview
This John Deere 9RT, a used model, presented with moderate oxidation, acid etching, and paint loss. The project notes that RT series tractor track wheels commonly retain water and debris, leading to paint abrasion and rust on steel.
What we accomplished
Project work details from the source are published without template note text.
- Sanded wheel barrels, then primed and repainted those areas
- Polished wheel faces to blend new and existing paint
- Two stage polish on body panels to remove oxidation and acid etching, especially on the hood
- Polished lights to clear the lenses and frame rails to restore shine and gloss
- Replaced the slow moving vehicle decal on the rear
- Applied two coats of agricultural ceramic coating by hand and with an airbrush across exterior components
