Paint polishing and ceramic coating project.
Project overview
This tractor exhibited extensive paint oxidation, diminished plastic components, and glass surfaces with roughness. The restoration process started with an all purpose cleaner APC scrub using the softer side of a blue Scotch Brite pad.
This method effectively mirrors the traditional clay bar treatment for single stage agricultural paint.
What we accomplished

- Rotary polishers used for the preliminary stage of polish
- Random orbital polishers used to complete the polishing process
- Panel preparation solution used to remove residual oils and contaminants
